Estimated Delivery Times 

Standard shipping takes about 3–8 business days, depending on your location. While we work hard to meet these timelines, unforeseen delays can sometimes happen. If they do, rest assured our team will keep you updated and provide assistance. 

Missed a Delivery? Here's What to Do 

If the courier is unable to deliver on the first attempt, they’ll try up to two more times. If all attempts fail, the package will return to us. 
 

You can request a reshipment (additional charges may apply). 
 

To avoid delays, make sure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. 
 

Double-check your address during checkout to prevent issues. 
 

If you need to update your address or delivery details, contact us as soon as possible for help. 

Damaged or Lost Orders? We’re on It 

We handle every package with care, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for verification. Based on our review, we’ll either replace the item or process a refund.
